Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins welcome during regular hours (Mon–Sat 9 AM–5:30 PM, Sun 10 AM–2 PM). For complex matters, calling first saves time.

What documents can I notarize?

Any document requiring notary signature: POAs, authorized letters, affidavits, private contracts, bank or insurance forms. We do not certify copies of official documents like passports or licenses (the issuer does that).

How much does it cost?

In Florida the max notarization fee is $10 per signature. If your matter requires document preparation or drafting, we give you a firm quote before starting.

Can you notarize in Spanish?

Yes. The notary is bilingual and can explain each document clause in Spanish before you sign — important for your legal safety.

How long does it take?

Standard notarization takes 10–15 minutes. More complex documents that need preparation may take longer — we let you know when scheduling.
